Previous Users or New Users

Title Advantage is the section of Orange Coast Title's web site where we provide online services designed to help the automated real estate agent. Some of the features you will find at Title Advantage are listed at the right. We have recently added some new services to Title Advantage, and we will be continuing to add new interactive products all the time! We have made our Title Advantage section password protected for your convenience. This way, we can link you to our many services without requiring you to remember a password and account information for each one.

Previous Users
If you've used Title Advantage Before, you are familiar with the screen shown at the right. The only button that required a password was the upper left button for the "Online Property Profile." Your account may have looked something like "&aocta0032" and you likely chose your password. We have since upgraded and added new services, and instead of having you apply for a new password and account with each service, we are going to have you fill out a short form, and then we will keep track of all your passwords for you behind the scenes! The services will still be free to our customers. All you have to do is click here to fill out the form, and you will be able to pick a new username and password, and your account will be set up! New Users
We would like to welcome you to our exciting interactive section of our web site called Title Advantage. We provide useful services directly to your computer. In order to setup your account, we will have you fill out a short form, and at the end you will pick your own username and password. Once you've set up an account, simply go to the Title Advantage section of our web site, and continue to the login screen, where you will see an interface similar to the one shown below:
